What this covers

This policy covers eazepayroll.com and the inquiries you send us through it. Your payroll account, and the employee and financial data in it, is held on the RunPayroll platform and governed by SurePayroll's privacy policy.

What we collect

When you contact us we collect your name, business name, email, optional phone, the size of your team, the states you pay people in, the plan you are interested in, your message, and the page you sent it from. We also keep standard server logs. We do not collect payroll credentials, Social Security numbers, or bank details on this site, and we ask you not to send them.

How we use it

To reply to you, to recommend a plan, to verify eligibility for subscriber pricing by matching the email on your EazeAccounts account, and to invoice you once you become a customer. Inquiry notifications are sent to our team mailbox, connect@eazepayroll.com.

Sharing

We share inquiry data only with the service providers that run this site (hosting, database, and transactional email) and, once you sign up, with SurePayroll as needed to set up and support your account. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a customer, for the life of your account plus the period required for our records. You can ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how visitors reach us. IP addresses are anonymized and we do not use the data for advertising. You can opt out with the Google Analytics browser add-on or by blocking cookies for this site. Apart from that, the site sets only the cookies needed to operate it and the staff sign-in.

Your rights and contact

To access, correct, or delete your information, email connect@eazepayroll.com. Residents of states with privacy laws may have additional rights, which we honor on request.
